Vitality Plus Community Membership

This free membership includes invitations to seminars and workshops, health screenings, discounts on enrollment fees at top local health clubs, and cafeteria discounts.

A Vitality Plus Community membership is free for people 50 and over. It includes these benefits:

• Vitality Plus in Healthy You magazine
• Workshops and seminars
• Free health screenings, flu shots and medication analyses throughout the year
• Health plan and insurance claim counseling—You can get free, confidential help choosing a health plan or handling insurance claims. Counselors are educated APPRISE volunteers sponsored by the Pennsylvania Area Agency on Aging. Call 610-402-CARE to schedule an appointment.
• Discounts on enrollment fees at top local health clubs—Show your card when you join, and the customary fee ($50-$150) will be waived. You will still need to pay monthly membership fees. This applies only to new health club members. Participating clubs:

• Dining Club—Just show your card and you’ll get a special, complete meal price at all three Lehigh Valley Hospital cafeterias. Hours are 4:30-6:15 p.m. (dinner every day) and 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (lunch on Saturdays and Sundays only). Each meal is $3.65 and includes an appetizer, entrée of the day, side dish and 12 oz. fountain beverage.
